Study data stays small.

What Chevk stores

For a saved practice event, Chevk stores your exam track, normalized topic and label, activity type, outcome, confidence, optional stable question ID, and timestamp. A hash of your Site-specific ChatGPT account ID links your events to your own account and counts distinct learners. Chevk does not store your name, email, question text, answer text, or chat transcript.

Subscription records contain the hashed account identifier, Polar customer and subscription identifiers, product, status, and billing-period dates. Polar handles checkout and payment details. Chevk does not receive or store card numbers.

How the study tool uses it

Your account can read your own topic history. ChatGPT can use that history for a personalized next-step suggestion in a new conversation. Aggregate topic summaries suppress groups with fewer than five distinct learners. A practice sample is not a mastery score or a prediction that you will pass.

Your choices

• Use an active Chevk membership without connecting Chevk progress or saving study events.
• Say no when the coach asks to save progress. This does not change the paid-membership requirement.
• Delete saved study events from My Progress or ask the connected tool for “DELETE MY DATA”.
• Manage or cancel billing from your account. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete study events.

Deletion and billing records

Deleting study events removes the practice records linked to your account from Chevk’s study database. It does not delete a ChatGPT conversation or cancel a Polar subscription. Polar may retain transaction records under its own policies.

Skill access

Chevk verifies an active membership before delivering an available skill prompt. A prompt that has already been copied can be reused outside Chevk, where the Site cannot check membership status.
